The SALVUS Regulatory Reporting Obligations Calendar, 2022

As the new year approaches, the Compliance team at SALVUS has updated the annual reporting obligations of Cyprus Investment Firms (CIF), Crypto-Asset Services Providers (CASP), and Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) in regard to their compliance with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC).
The following table presents the yearly schedule for 2022, in chronological order, of all that is to be reported, submitted, or published by CIF, CASP, and AIFM;
a) to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC),
b) to the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC),
c) to the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF) or
d) on the entity’s website
