ASIC Product Intervention Measures and Massive Data Collection

In the second week of April 2019, the Australian regulator (ASIC) got authorisation for introducing product intervention measures and promptly demanded a huge data collection. The news from down under literally shook the Investment Firms, far beyond the local market participants. Only 8 months have passed since ESMA imposed the European product intervention measures and the Investment Firms in this part of the world are still trying to find ways of coping.
